Boroughly for Employers

Relocating people for work?
Help them land in the right area, not a random one.

New hires, graduate schemes, international transfers - when someone moves cities for your company, "where should I live" usually gets answered informally: a Slack message, a Reddit thread, whoever they know locally. Boroughly gives each person a proper personalised shortlist and move report instead, built on the same real data as the free site.

How it works

1. Tell us the basicsWhich office(s), typical housing budget or allowance, and roughly how many people a year.
2. We set your team upEach employee gets a link to explore areas matched to their own commute and budget, plus a move report to keep.
3. They choose with confidenceSame real prices, safety, schools and doorstep data as the public site - not a generic relocation PDF.

What's included

This sits alongside a relocation agency or removals partner, not instead of one - it's the "which area, and why" layer people are usually left to figure out alone.

Pricing

Priced per relocating employee, with volume pricing for larger cohorts (graduate schemes, office openings, bulk transfers). There's no fixed public rate because it depends on headcount and how much customisation you want - tell us roughly what you're planning below and we'll come back with a number, usually within two business days.

Questions

Do you replace our relocation agency or removals company?

No - they handle visas, logistics and the physical move. Boroughly answers the "which area, and why" question that usually falls to the employee to figure out alone.

What data do you need from us?

Just office location(s) and roughly what you're planning - enough to set your team up. We don't need employee personal data beyond what each person enters themselves when they use their link.

Can employees keep using it after they've settled in?

Yes - it's the same Boroughly Plus access anyone else gets, so it's still useful for a second move, a friend's move, or just exploring the city further.
